Good Dog, Carl.

One of my favorite children's books (and series) is Good Dog, Carl by Alexandra Day.
I of course am enlightening you to this because I am 11 years older than my little brother and I used to love to read him these at bedtime.
These books are extra special because there are no words and her illustrations and paintings are just stunning.
Having no words, it forces the reader to create their own take on the story and reading this way to children is always fun!

Here we see Carl waiting for the 'parentals' to leave before getting Maddy out of her crib.
Loads of adventures follow, ending with Carl quickly cleaning and putting things back where they go, including the baby.

Don't you all just wish your dog was like Mary Poppins?
