Andrew Tarlow, the owner of Diner, Marlow & Sons, and Marlow & Daughters, is expanding to the Northside of Williamsburg now with the Wythe Hotel. The hotel's building at 80 Wythe was originally built in 1901 as a cooperage that made barrels and casks. The original structure has been gutted, the back has been converted to floor to ceiling windows and a three story glass cube has been added to the top of the building. But don't worry they saved all the good stuff from the old interior was saved and used to make the beds and ceilings. The photos of the new interior look pretty impeccable and we know the foods going to be good. I will be checking out the restaurant and the roof bar very soon.
